Glendale College Athletics ranked among the top-10 schools in the state after the fall sports season based on second place finishes in state competition from the men and women’s cross country teams as well as the women’s golf team.
The California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) in association with the National Alliance of Two-Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) released its fall standing of the 2012-13 NATYCAA Cup.
GCC placed ninth overall in the state and sixth in Southern California with 57 points based on 19 points being awarded each to M/W Cross Country and women’s golf. Cerritos College took the top spot with 109 points and American River College was second with 102.5 points.
