The Title V GAUSS Grant is offering a series of workshops in the use and application of Mathematica, a computational software program used in scientific, engineering, mathematical fields and other areas of technical computing.
Participants are welcome from all disciplines where math applications or data visualization are used frequently. Mathematica has a large set of built-in data sets that might be of particular interest for applications in economics, chemistry, biology, anthropology, etc., so the initial meeting (Oct.3) would be of interest to most disciplines.
