Glendale Community College is pleased to offer a unique and exciting opportunity for Engineering and Computer Science majors!
In direct collaboration with the faculty of the College of Engineering and Computer Science at California State University, Northridge, the newly created AIM (Aspire, Initiate, & Master) STEM program will provide participating students with the opportunity to receive the necesary faculty mentoring and student support services in an effort to facilitate the transfer process to CSUN. AIM participants will receive the following resources:
- FREE tutoring
- GCC faculty mentoring
- STEM transfer counseling
- Research opportunities/Internships
- Annual grants
- Field visits
- Networking and much more!
Those who plan to major in STEM related fields at GCC are encouraged to apply and must be an individual who has faced or currently faces social, cultural, educational or economic barriers to careers in STEM, and must demonstrate proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
