CSU Los Angeles Aviation Administration - BS The BS in Aviation Administration requires a total of 180 units including 21 semester units (32 quarter units) of community college work forstudents who have completed a two-year community college program in airframe and powerplant maintenance, air traffic control, air transportation, commercial pilot, travel management, or similar avaiation-oriented program.
The lower division program is completed at the community college or other four-year institutions. Students who have not completed lower division general education requirements at the time of entrance to Cal. State L.A. must fulfill these remaining requirements in addition to upper division general education and major requirements. Transfer students must also complete prerequisites to required upper division courses in accounting, economicsand finance.
