Major course work emphasizes human relations skills as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis. Leadership, ethics, technology, critical thinking, unique characteristics of service, teaming, and guest encounter skills are threaded throughout the curriculum. Students will choose an emphasis in Restaurant Management, Hotel/Resort Management, and/or Club Management to help them focus on individual career goals.
